Fees & Billing

The firm bills its services in compliance with the principles of transparency, predictability, and adaptation to each individual situation.

Hourly Fees

Fees are calculated based on an hourly rate agreed upon in advance, depending on the nature of the case, its complexity, and the degree of urgency. This method guarantees fair billing in line with the work actually performed.

Flat Fees

When the nature of the case permits (specific procedure type, one-off consultation, deed drafting), a flat fee may be proposed. This is defined at the outset and remains unchanged unless there is a significant evolution in the case.

Monthly Subscription

For regular clients, particularly real estate professionals (syndics, property managers, agencies, real estate investment companies…) or owners of significant real estate portfolios, the firm offers a monthly subscription starting at €300 (excl. tax).

The monthly subscription provides access to:

  • Regular exchanges to address your daily legal questions,

  • A rapid analysis of your legal or strategic uncertainties,

  • Responsive support in your decision-making,

  • The identification of legal opportunities or risks justifying, or not, the opening of a more in-depth case file.

This formula allows you to benefit from genuine local legal support, with no surprises regarding costs and high responsiveness.
